Chair Based Activities
We deliver engaging and fun chair-based exercise sessions, seated recreational games and musical movements sessions into both care homes for the elderly and for those with mental and physical disabilities. The benefits of these sessions are:

Cognitive Stimulation Therapy
We deliver Cognitive stimulation therapy focusing around reminiscence of the 1940’s. 1950’s and 1960’s era. We have created 26 specialist sessions that engages residents with mild to moderate dementia but also residents without the diagnosis as the sessions enable all residents to think back to experiences within their lives. These sessions are delivered on a 1-1, small group or large group basis. Please get in touch regarding purchasing a pack for your staff with training on how best to deliver the sessions or if you want one of our team to come in and deliver sessions for you as an outside source coming in works well.
Nurseries And Pre Schools
Move-It Mobility nursery/ pre school sessions include meeting standards of the EYFS, working on core skills through fun games and activities such as:
Improving physical and emotional development.
Activities Training workshops
We are now delivering our own training workshops that we’ve developed ourselves, focusing on improving the quality of knowledge that the care sector has around activity provision. The sessions are delivered by an ex care home manager and the director of Move-It Mobility UK Ltd whom has been delivering activities as an outside source to over 130 care settings, both have combined experiences of 19 years in the activities field.
Whether your care setting is learning disability, dementia based, or supported living we promise to inspire a brighter future for all with this workshop. Whether you have been in the activities field for years or you are only just starting out. This course is tailored to all.
The workshops will involve practical, theory and a test to see what you have learnt from the day.
